Tuesday, March 1st

Teen Advisory Group 3:30 PM – Granite Falls Library

  • Want to make Granite Falls YOUR library? Join us for our monthly Teen Advisory Group and tell us what you think! Meet new people, discuss teen concerns, help us develop programs, and discover what the library has to offer- all while earning volunteer credits and having fun. Snacks generously provided by the Friends of the Granite Falls Library.

Teen Gaming 3:30 PM – Monroe Library

  • Teens! Drop in for some video games on our Wii and Wii U! Mario Cart, Smash Brothers, Nintendoland and more! We’ve got board and card games too. Provided by Friends of the Monroe Library.

Wednesday, March 2nd

Teen Tech Month – Rube Goldberg Machines with littleBits 3:30 PM – Snohomish Library

  • Come to the library to build cool gadgets and Rube Goldberg machines using LittleBits and other props.

Roleplaying Game Club 4:00 PM – Oak Harbor Library

  • Dungeons and Dragons tabletop gaming club.

Teen Advisory Board Meeting 4:00 PM – Mill Creek Library

  • Make your library YOUR library. Teens are invited to share their ideas for library programs, purchases and improvements. Refreshments provided by the Friends of the Mill Creek Library.

Junior Monroe Wednesday Writers 4:30 PM – Monroe Library

  • Calling all teen writers! Looking for a supportive place to share your writing? Join the Junior Monroe Wednesday Writers and get feedback and guidance from your peers, a published author and library staff. All writers in grades 6-12 are welcome.

Thursday, March 3rd

Coding Drop-In 3:00 PM – Monroe Library

  • Drop on in and learn to code! Choose from a variety of projects. Create your own animations, learn about Augmented Reality, or create and share a digital story of your own and many more! Collaborate with other teens on learning and troubleshooting your chosen coding project. Since we only have a limited number of laptops, you are encouraged to bring your own laptop if you have one. For teens grades 6-12. Supported by the Friends of the Monroe Library and Jason Rukman of UCodemy.

Teen Advisory Board (TAB) Meeting 4:30 PM – Mukilteo Library

  • Meet new people, discuss teen concerns, help develop library programs, and talk about books — all while earning volunteer credits and having fun! Snacks provided. Pick up a TAB application at the Information Desk.

Saturday, March 4th

Minecraft Build Challenge 3:00 PM – Lynnwood Library

  • Work together or on your own to build the best Minecraft structure. Prizes go to the winner(s). Space is limited, and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. For teens ages 10-15 and/or grades 5-10.
