The best books we listened to in 2017

It’s the end of the year and your favorite teen librarians and library staff have been reminiscing about the best books we’ve consumed this year. Many of us had a hard time narrowing our choices down to just two or three titles, so we cheated a little and broke it up into two lists since we also love audiobooks so much! Last week we brought you the best teen fiction (and graphic novels) that we read in 2017. This week we’re sharing our favorite audiobooks of 2017.

Our favorite audiobooks of 2017 are as diverse and eclectic as we are. Our favorite audiobooks include a memoir narrated by a former Gilmore girl, Hamilton fanfiction, a debut novel about a teen adjusting to life after juvie, a novel in verse that takes place over the span of 60 seconds in an elevator, and a fantasy that’ll blow your mind it’s so good.

If you still need suggestions for other books and media Sno-Isle Libraries loved in 2017, check out this Bibliofiles post about the 2017 staff favorites!

What was your favorite audiobook of 2017? Please share in the comments. And Happy New Year! May 2018 be filled with even more fantastic audiobooks!
