PINs now needed to access hoopla accounts

Sno-Isle Libraries customers now need personal identification numbers (PINs) to download videos, music, and audiobooks from hoopla. To update your hoopla account information, first log in to the hoopla website or app. Then, click on your account name in the top right corner of the website or within the app menu. From there, you may enter the PIN (password) for your Sno-Isle Libraries account.

Your default PIN is the last four digits of your phone number unless you have updated your account and changed your PIN. If you know your library card number or username, you can use our password lookup tool to find your password online and have it emailed to you.

If you have questions, contact your local library.
