Your next track or album?

by Brian H.

Where do you go to find the music you love or search for new music to love?  There are so many sources to explore music and musicians. One that I go to regularly is NPR Music. In particular their Tiny Desk concerts series and podcast of All Songs Considered.  I regularly look up in-depth info about music on the AllMusic website too.

Inevitably, when I do find something new, my next step is to head to the library catalog and music resources hoopla and Freegal to discover more about the artist and the music that attracted my attention.  Here are some songs, albums, and artists I learned about on NPR and found available to checkout, stream and download from Sno-Isle Libraries.

Checkout the Sno-Isle library catalog.  Leave comments below to let us know where you go to discover the music you love?

P.S. Here’s an extended list in BiblioCommons of albums and links to info about artists and their music videos.  All discovered at NPR and listened to through Sno-Isle music resources!
