Current Top Three Favorites:ANDSocialMedia

I’ve been geeking out over social history in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, and these three sites are among my favorites. The first two are repositories of broadside ballads (murder! highwaymen! seduction! betrayal!), and the third is a database of documents dealing with daily life in London, particularly crime, public order, and responses to poverty.

  2. English Broadside Ballad Archive
